Word of the Day

Our new word of the day is "Elmo." Now that she can articulate what it is she wants to watch, it is the ONLY thing she wants to see on t.v. We only have three different Elmo DVD's... someone save me!

I totally know what this means! We've done Elmo, Barney, Backyardigans, Madagascar, and so on. Right now it's Sesame Street again. I have to say that this is just the beginning. At least Elmo is educational, even if after a while his three-year old "voice" gets to sound very annoying. Pretty soon you'll catch yourself singing and quoting Elmo. The key is to not tell people what you're quoting, just that it's from some show . . .

Anne-Marie--Please don't buy any Elmo videos. Asher and Anna will be happy to pass theirs down to cousin Riley. They won't admit that they ever watched them, but they totally did. Asher used to call Elmo "Momo". Love, Aunt Kathleen
